Buying a Home?

Finding a new home is exciting, but it requires a lot of forethought and advance preparation. We'll consider your lifestyle and what is important to you. Do you want to be near shops and restaurants? Do you need to be near public transportation? Do you have a pet? Are outdoor activities important to you? Or do you prefer a quieter, more laid-back lifestyle? Finding the right community to live in is just as important as finding the right home to live in.

Once we've identified your needs and preferences, we're ready to start looking. If you're like most homebuyers, you'll definitely do some personal searching online. We’ll look at your preferred homes together, and once you’ve found the one you want to buy - we’ll decide on a reasonable and realistic offer, which will be presented to the seller and his or her agent.

Once your offer is accepted, I will diligently work with you, making certain you understand all of the conditions and obligations of your contract; and I will guide you through appraisals, inspections, and more. When we finally reach your closing date, you will be handed the keys to your new home!

Selling a Home?

You deserve much more than just a sign in the yard, fliers in a box and an occasional viewing. I will be at your side from beginning to end, ensuring that your property sells smoothly and you get the most money possible from the sale.  Here is the very minimum you can expect from me: 

• A written Comparative Market Analysis on your home and selected a competitive asking price, which will create market activity and demand for your home.
• Recommend staging strategies for your home to cast a positive light on the features most important to buyers.
• Submitting copies of your listing to Keller William’s agents to promote your property and arrange tours of your home for maximum exposure to waiting buyers.
